Ciao! My name is Elisabetta Pistilli. I earned a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures at “La Sapienza” University of Rome and I am a qualified Italian teacher for foreigners.
I specialised in this field at two important schools in Rome: Dilit International House, where I achieved a diploma in Italian Teaching as a second language, and Torre di Babele, where I first attended a training course and then completed an internship. I also participated in some international seminars and I stay up to date with the didactic materials and techniques.
Here are some of my training courses:
- Lezioni di video, four workshops organized and conducted by Matteo Broggini – Formazione Glottodidattica about the use of videos short and feature films in Italian classes.
- Didatticamentore, a personilized mentoring programme organized and conducted by Silvia Maneschi – ItalOs formazione.
- Esperto nei processi di apprendimento organized by Centro Studi Erickson.
I have been teaching for 18 years to students at all levels and of all nationalities and I am a PLIDA examiner.
I have worked in companies, universities (6 years at UNIMORE – University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and one year at Auxilium – Pontifical University of Rome) public and private schools.
Teaching is my passion and during my classes I always try to create a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.
